AI answering service for missed calls

Missed calls
add up.

Every call you miss has a price.
We’ll take the call.

Your AI-powered virtual phone assistant answers day and night on the number you already have, takes the details, and connects callers to your team. A real person, your Voice Partner, sets it up and keeps it current.

Next-generation voice AI

A conversation.
At their pace.

A caller adds a detail. Changes direction. Asks one more thing. Our voice AI is built for the back-and-forth of a real phone call.

Room to speak. It can listen while speaking, so callers can interrupt or clarify in the moment.

A voice with warmth. Natural pacing and expressive speech make the conversation feel more welcoming.

Your business. Your answers. Your Voice Partner shapes the answers around your approved services, hours, and rules.

English and Spanish. When a caller speaks Spanish, the conversation continues in Spanish.

  2. Your virtual phone assistant

  3. CallerCuts in

“Sorry, one more thing. Are you open Saturdays?”

  4. Your virtual phone assistant

“No problem. Saturdays, eight to noon. Now, about that water heater.”

The result

A useful answer. A conversation that keeps going.

Hours, services, and service areas come from the information you approve.

  1. Caller

“My water heater is leaking all over the garage.”

  2. Your virtual phone assistant

“I’m sorry, that’s stressful. The office is closed for the night, but I can take a message. May I have your name?”

  3. Caller

“Dana Ruiz. Can someone call me first thing in the morning?”

  4. Your virtual phone assistant

“I’ll note that you’d like the first callback in the morning. What’s the best number for you, Dana?”

The result

A complete message, ready for your team.

The caller’s name, callback details, and reason for calling arrive in a summary.

  1. Caller

“How much will a new system cost?”

  2. Your virtual phone assistant

  3. Caller

“Can you give me a ballpark, at least?”

  4. Your virtual phone assistant

“I’d only be guessing, and a guess isn’t fair to you. May I have your name for the team?”

The result

An honest handoff beats a made-up answer.

If a price or policy hasn’t been approved, your virtual phone assistant takes a message or follows your transfer rules.

Built for you, on every plan

Plugs into
the software
you already run.

Your Voice Partner builds a custom connection into your CRM, POS, or field service software and tests it with you before launch. After every call, the details land where your team already works. Pro includes one for each location.

For example

  • Jobber
  • Housecall Pro
  • ServiceTitan
  • Square
  • HubSpot

If your software allows a connection (an API or supported integration), we build it and test it with you before launch. If it can't connect, we send every call summary by email and to your customer portal instead.

What you can count on

Careful by design.
Clear from the start.

Handing over your phone takes trust. These are the rules your virtual phone assistant works by, on every plan and every call.

  • It never guesses.

If the answer isn’t in the information you approved, it says so and takes a message.

  • Every change is tested first.

Your Voice Partner tests each update before callers hear it, so nothing changes by surprise.

  • Nothing goes live without you.

You call your private test line and approve it before a single customer hears it.

  • It never cancels an appointment.

Cancellation requests go to your team, so a person always makes that call.

  • Your number stays yours.

Keep your number and your carrier. Turn forwarding off whenever you like.

  • Month to month.

No long-term contract. Cancel online anytime; service runs to the end of the month you paid for.

A dedicated person. From day one.

Your own
Voice Partner.

One person who learns your business and makes sure your virtual phone assistant knows it too. They set it up and test it before it takes a single call.

New hours, a different greeting, a question about a call? Message them directly. Your Voice Partner makes routine changes, tests them, and lets you know when they’re live.

All the answers
So, who’s actually answering?+

AI answers your callers. Our human team trains your virtual phone assistant, tests it, and manages updates. It answers from the business information you approve.

Can I keep my current number?+

Yes. Keep your number and your carrier. Forward every call, or just missed and after-hours calls where your carrier supports it. You can turn forwarding off when you need to.

Can it book appointments?+

Yes, on every plan. With your calendar connected, it offers open times, books a new appointment after the caller confirms, and safely moves a future appointment after verifying the caller’s booking details. Essential books one appointment type, Business up to five at one location, and Pro up to ten across up to three locations. It never cancels an appointment. It connects cancellation requests to your team during approved hours or sends your team a request after hours.

Will it pay for itself?+

We won’t promise that, because it depends on how many calls you miss and how many of those callers you would win. The calculator above shows, at your own numbers, how many completed jobs a month cover each plan. Linevio answers the calls and gets the details to your team; winning the work is still up to you.

How quickly can we get started?+

Most standard setups launch within two business days after we receive complete business information. Complex booking, routing, or multiple locations can take longer. You try and approve a test line before forwarding calls.
